3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If payment has been made and your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We offer shipping to all locations.. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Standard shipping is $14. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
4.4 If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days to arrange a resolution.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We accept returns within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
5.2 Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item.
5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
